RETURNS & REFUNDS

At ThePour.Shop, many of our products are custom-printed or made to order.
Because of this, returns are handled differently depending on the issue.

1. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include:

    • Order number

    • Photos of the issue

    • Description of the problem

Once confirmed, we will offer either:

  • Replacement item, or

  • Refund where appropriate

2. Custom / Branded Products

Items that are custom printed, personalised, or made specifically for your brand:

  • Cannot be returned for change of mind

  • Cannot be refunded once production has started

This includes:

  • Custom glassware

  • Printed merchandise

  • Branded items made to order

3. Change of Mind

For non-custom items only:

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Item must be:

    • Unused

    • In original packaging

    • In resellable condition

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

4. Refund Processing

Once a return is approved and received:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days
